Excellent service and install provided by (Rich) Lewis Boilers. On taking the plunge to replace my 24 year old combi, I found Richard very knowledgeable and informative of my options. I received a comprehensive quote on the work to be undertaken, the detail giving me plenty of confidence. On installing the new Combi I was impressed with the level of effort to improve on the existing fitting and being in a top floor apartment this was quite a challenge with pipework going all over the place. The work was carried out with minimal disruption, very professionally and I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I now have a very tidy installation which has given me a better looking kitchen and more space too… Many thanks Rich, see you next year for its first service, Eddie. ~ Eddie G

I had a new boiler fitted over a year ago by Lewis Boiler Services and would recommend their service. Having had a lot of quotes Lewis Boiler Services were by far the best in the higher spec boiler that they offered with a reasonable price. The work was performed in a timely fashion and with as little a mess as possible which is always nice to come home to! The after care service is great also with a reminder when my boiler needs a service which once again is completed as cost effectively as possible and offers reassurance that everything is working safely. Lewis Boiler Services are a firm that you can depend and rely upon to perform a high standard of work. ~ Debbie D

Really really pleased with Rich from Lewis Boiler Services. After frantically ringing around all morning for an available local plumber, I finally came across lewis Boiler Services number. Rang them & got hold of someone straight away. Explained that my boiler hadn’t worked since Thursday (so no heating or hot water for 3 days), & thankfully he said he could come out within 2 hours. He arrived at mine less than half hour later. My boiler is now working again. Absolutely amazing service. Very fast response & very professional. I was given the number by a friend recommending Lewis Boiler repairs. My husband called and explain situation on our Vaillant boiler and the guy was very knowledgeable - we kept getting error F75. He explained what needed doing until he came out. When he came out, he took one look at the boiler and identified 3 things that needed repairing - I added the pump to be replaced as it wasn't working that well. Very knowledgeable on Vaillant as he used to work for them - knows the boilers inside out. The boiler was fixed within in a couple of hours. Not only that but I mentioned the heat in some radiators were slower than others and he stayed to help sort the flow of heat. Great boiler engineer will certainly recommend to friends and I will be using for annual servicing and any other future plumbing / boilers requirements. Very reasonable call out charge too. Brilliant service. Reliable. Friendly. Great Customer service. Our boiler failed just as it started getting cold. Had been told by another boiler company that we needed a new boiler & there was no repair possible. Decided to get a second opinion and rang Rich. He came over and carried out a temporary repair; freeing up the pump. HOT WATER AGAIN!! He then explained our options and we went with a replacement boiler that he returned to fit the following week. He completed the job in a timely manner. The work was carried out to a high standard and I would recommend Lewis Boiler Services to anyone. ~ Steve H

I can’t say enough good things about Rich. He went over and above to help us out, was tidy and friendly and super fast. He found some extra problems (pipe ready to burst and small gas leak) and fixed them too. He also took the time to properly explain what he was doing, all our options and pros and cons to each option. We have been left knowing more about boilers that I ever thought I would know, and more importantly 100% confident in the option we chose and the quality of his work. I called Richard Lewis when I had problems with my hot water. He came out promptly, found the problem and sourced a part to fix it. However, I decided to install a new boiler as mine was over 23 years old and I’m glad we did because, on removal, we could see the old one was on its last legs. Richard didn’t put any pressure on us to do this, he gave us all the options, costed the work and did everything for us quickly and efficiently. Great Service in central London. Attention to detail and going above and beyond for a reasonable price. Rich did everything he could to work quickly and avoid additional charges, efficiently and effectively solving multiple problems (leaky boiler and gas leak) in one trip. Excellent, fast, and comprehensive service!! Our 10 yr old boiler finally broke down. After being let down by a ‘well known’ local repair service, we called Richard Lewis. With very short notice, he provided the perfect service - responded promptly, provided a formal quote, delivered on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. Have now used Rich twice to solve boiler problems. First was a boiler breakdown in the depths of Winter a year ago. Responded promptly, sourced the part in the nick of time and had us up and running again within 24 hours. No excessive call out fee, either. Recently the aforementioned boiler finally gave up the ghost, so we used Rich to do a full boiler replacement. Good price, quickly fitted and clean and efficient work (start to finish in less than 2 days). Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. ~ Simon W

Rich is one of those tradesmen who are very hard to find - he is honest, trustworthy, works to a very high standard and all for a very reasonable price. Rich was recommended to us by a colleague as our Boiler died on boxing day. Despite having plans, he was with us on New Years eve and he did a brilliant job. After three chilly days without central heating or hot water, Rich was bound to be a welcome visitor whatever his credentials. Just what you want just before Christmas- a water leak in the house 🙀 All fixed though, thanks to the amazing Lewis Boiler Service from Clevedon (highly recommended). My daughter woke me at half midnight to tell me it was literally raining in her room. Lots of buckets and stress later but thankfully all fixed - they were amazing and it’s the second time I’ve called them in any emergency and the second time they have been there for us just when we needed them. ~ Johanna

Excellent service from start to finish. Booked on Friday and arrived on time to do the job on the following Monday. Gas safety checks, oven removal and pipes capped, gas hob changed including cutout adjustment. All satisfactory. Also my gas meter is not working and the service provider has not been resolving the issue, the gas engineer provided an email providing confirmation of the issue as evidence to hopefully get the gas service providers to fix it. ~ Doug A

Great service, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with - won’t be going anywhere else! Our Google Heatlink died leaving us with the prospect of no hot water or heating over the weekend. Rich came out at very short notice to install and setup a replacement. While here he also managed to diagnose the cause of an issue we’ve had for several years - one which the last four plumbers we’ve used have been unable to resolve. Fantastic! We woke up in the morning to find we had no hot water. I phoned Lewis Boilers to ask for a visit. They arrived a couple of hours later to have a look at the problem, I was expecting to be given a date when they could come to fix it. But the man immediately started working on it. After a thorough inspection he started to fix it. This was fantastic service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. ~ Paul F

The only people to answer the phone! (Messages left with 4 other companies, still no call back from any of them.) Engineer came out the next morning, had the part in his van, fitted it, cleaned the filter that 2 other engineers had previously said was impossible, tidied up and all for a very reasonable amount. Was professional, polite and knowledgeable. My boiler wasn’t functioning correctly as I hadn't had it serviced in a long time. He provided me with the options and was helpful in allowing me to make decisions on how to progress and what to replace. To top it all, he also fixed my sink and my outside tap which I hadn't been able to find a plumber for. Very happy to continue with LBS for regular annual service. ~ Maria B

Had no hot water or heating with a young child! Called Rich after another firm went radio silent. He came out same day, on time, got our hot water and heating working & laid out our options.
